Development Initiatives Network (DIN) is an independent non-governmental organization (NGO), which was founded at the threshold of democratic governance on 1 April 1999.
This was in recognition of the fact that new models, processes and tools will need to be promoted in order to address Nigeria's longstanding social and economic problems. DIN's activities have focused on promoting evidence-based policy influence work as an integral aspect of our public interest mission.
Our objectives are the advancement of open government, good governance, social justice, environmental sustainability and economic empowerment with human rights protection and gender equity as cross-cutting themes. Read full details
